[HELP] Orange 1 Megamax ADSL (Livebox Inventel)

I am a Spanish guy, and I have to live in France for a few months. I contract Orange 1 Megamax, the 4/02/2007, and they say that in 15 days I would have the ADSL activated. After 15 days, I hadn't ADSL. In the Orange agence, they say to me, that it would be activated the 1st of March.

Today I haven't got ADSL yet. I can't go to the orange agence because I have to work all the day, and yesterday, I phone to 3900. I only want to know if my adsl conenction is activated or not. They say, that if I don't speak french, they can't help me....... o_oU . When they sell me the ADSL kit they don't say this to me!! Thue charge me 3 euros in febrery and y match they will charge 25 euros. To charge they don't care if I am spanish, chinese or american.

What can I do? How can I know if I have the adsl line activated??


The @ leds do this:

Clignotement rapide = la ligne ADSL n'est pas synchronisée.


This is because they don't activate my adsl line??

If I go to admin panel of my inventel, I see that the Livebox can't synchronize.

I think so.
Did you received your access login and pass by mail post ?

More than one month for activate you DSL line is not normal. There is a problem. For me, it's a commercial problem. You can phone to the 1014 to explain your problem and perhaps obtain a refunding.

Did you pay something for the subscription, or they consider that the subscription is not activate ?

When I go to he orange agence, they gave me a paper with the user and password, and it is the same that I have with modem 56k access.

I have paid 3 euros in febrery in allocation of the Livebox, and I see in Orange web page, in my personal account, that in March I have to pay 24 euros if ADSL 1 megamax and 3 euros on Inventel.

So they consider that you connection is on, it is not a normal situation.
Contact them at the 1014 as achtungbaby said.

Small question about Livebox: How do you custom Livebox's parameters? Do you use Orange install software or manual install with Web interface?

I use both of then. First of all, I use the CD, but later, I use the web. In both cases the Livebox can't synchronize.

You can use a section "Herbergement d'images" to share a image file.
